Hello J.A.Francis,

following numerous article's on the web you have posted in the past I just found your blog and all speaks of your commitment to and deep involvement in culture, art and of course, Poetry.

That is why I am pleased to present to you this opportunity to introduce your self and your Poetry at our recently launched website: www.poetryvisualized.com aka polumi.com. As the name suggests, our site is dedicated primarily to visualized poetry – featuring mainly Video Poems (VPoems, for short). It is the combination of poetry with sounds, music and images – photographs, videos, graphics and animation. If you use images to present your poetry that can be defined as visual poetry as well. You can actually use our site to post your Poetry along with an image, picture or graphic, in addition to posting it on your own blog or somewhere else in the WWW.

Our advantage is -because of this specialization it will be easier and more efficient for your audience to access poets and their poetry. Please take the time to visit our site poetryvisualized.com and you will have a better understanding of what we are and how we can be used to promote and enhance the enjoyment of Poetry.

Sincerely,

Your Poetry Visualized team

Hi Adam - thanks, I really like the picture as well, it's why I chose the theme and unfortunately it's part of the theme and I don't know where it was taken. Maybe you can click on the Sadish link at the bottom and ask the theme author.

Glad you liked the sentiment, the inanities were all fruit of an unrequited love, full of varieties of passion, now long ago, but I still enjoy the poems, especially the ones, like this, where perspective briefly overcame the need.

Hey, I really like this picture. It feels like walking through a park on an early autumn evening (obviously).

If it's not too rude to ask, where was this taken? It looks like a bridge I used to visit in Victoria, BC.

I appreciate the line "thats 6 more than you deserve" by the way.

If Tomorrow Never Comes
If I knew it would be the last time that
I'd see you fall asleep,
I would tuck you in more tightly
and pray the Lord, your soul to keep.

If I knew it would be the last time
that I see you walk out the door,
I would give you a hug and kiss
and call you back for more.

If I knew it would be the last time
I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise.
I would video tape each action and word,
so that I could replay it back day by day.

If I knew it would be the last time,
I would spare an extra minute or two
to stop and say "I love you",
instead of assuming, that you know I do.

If I knew it would be the last time,
I would be there to share your day,
but I'm sure you'll have so many more,
so I can just let this one slip away.

For surely there's a tomorrow
to make up for an oversight,
and we always get a second chance
to make everything right.

There will always be another day
to say our "I love you's"
and certainly there's another chance
to say our "anything I can do's?"

But just in case I might be wrong,
and today is all I get,
I'd like to say how much "I love you"
and hope you never forget.

Tomorrow is not promised to anyone,
young and old alike,
and today may be the last chance you get
to hold your loved ones tight.

So if you're waiting for tomorrow,
why not do it today?
For if tomorrow never comes,
you'll surely regret the day.

That you didn't take that extra time
for a smile, a hug, a kiss
and you were too busy to grant someone,
what turned out to be their last wish.

So hold your loved ones close today,
whisper in their ear,
tell them how much you love them
and that you'll always hold them dear.

Take the time to say "I'm sorry,"
please forgive me. "Thank you" or "it's okay."
And if tomorrow never comes,
you'll have no regrets about today.
